Small hotel right in the old city centre. Nicely furnished with a touch of history. Very comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet, given its location on pedestrian zone. Very convenient location if you want explore Bilbao on foot. Plenty bars nearby to enjoy breakfast or glass of wine with pintxos. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel on our departure date and wonder around the city on our last day,

The location was great, 1 block from the river and 20 minutes beautiful walk to Guggenheim Museum, the room was nice and clean, the bathroom beautiful and spacious, we stayed on weekdays and at night was silent ,the price was imbatible. we recommend this place 100% ,

The hotel is in a nice area of old town. All entry is by code and the desk is a block away, but it was safe, quiet, and near the catedral, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was helpful answering my questions whether via WhatsApp or in person.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bilbao! The location is excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay.
