Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Excellent choice of restaurants and shops. The hotel is extremely comfortable with beautiful plants in the inner lobby. The pool was clean and well maintained with a range of furniture available. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices of food.

Beautiful hotel with great, professional staff. Lovely heated pool and a solarium on the roof. Restaurant also very good. There are buttons all through the hotel where you can call staff to get a drink or a snack.

Really beutiful historic building tastefully renovated in the scenic town of Garachico. Laura is a phantastic host, she gave us info about hiking trails in the wider area. We regret that we did not make more use of her knowledge about Tenerife in general since there are not many hosts speaking english like her. If you ever meet a host in the first place ; ) Thank you so much Laura!

Friendly staff and exceptional service: thanks to the receptionist Daniel my holiday has started very well since the first step I took into the hotel. Lunch grill restaurant is highly recommended;) and the waiters there take such good care if there guests! The infinity pool for those with platinum stay has a great view. Not just there is a beach close by, but also natural baths right in the ocean (30 min walk). Balconies are huge with a marvelous ocean view. What else would you wish for?!:-) big thanks.

The staff provided high level standard service for the whole duration of our stay. Unbelievably wonderful swimming experience with all the pools to choose -- big swimming pool with a salty water is really special! And the breakfast with so many choices including a-la-carte was astonishingly reach.

This mansion is located in La Orotava, 7 minutes' drive from the beaches and 30 minutes from Teide National Park. It offers an outdoor pool, sauna and large rooms with a satellite TV.

Stunning! The whole experience of staying at the Alhambra is very special. It’s better than it looks in the photos. Beautiful natural materials used in the fabric of the building, the detail in the finish, the art work - it’s all real, and very grand! We had a pleasant continental breakfast each morning. We enjoyed views of Teide and the nice old buildings of La Orotava from our room. We arrived via the Teide National park, and went on to explore the hiking trails of the national parks to the west and east during our stay. On our final day we explored the town of La Orotava by foot and found botanical gardens, museums, cafes serving traditional food, plenty of history - lovely stuff!
