The staff are fantastic. Kim and Sonya at the front desk we’re always super attentive and made us cappuccinos at any hour and made sure we had Bikes and everything was perfect. The girls that worked at the breakfast are also fantastic as well as the awesome girl who cleans your room faster than you can eat breakfast. The staff truly sets the place apart. Love how they treat Matilda and Machete (the cats).

It was hard not to fall in love with Begur. The Hotel Hanoi made it more perfect. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Loves the complimentary coffee machine. The terrace is great to relax and the staff is super kind.
