Easy to find, pet friendly - pets are welcome for a fee (20 euro), a lot of green areas outside to walk dogs, there is a treat bag for dogs, a little bowl and towel for dogs, and it is possible to park in front of the hotel, the AC was not working but as it was cold outside we could open the window. Comfortable bed. There were a lot of Asian tourists so when we returned from our morning walk with the dogs we were like celebrities - everyone wanted to chat with us, pet dogs and take pictures :D Breakfast was nice - they had pineapple juice :P

Breakfast was fantastic, there is plenty variety of food to taste. Also, there is a take away coffee possibility. Room is very spacious with a big mirror on the wall. Parking is located in closed parking space, so you do not need to pre heat your car in winter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous, and a good way to stay on budget given the really high prices in town caused by the big cruise ship presence. There were FIVE cruise ships in town.

We liked everything. Our room was cosy; it was the first time when I felt at home in a hotel. I tried SPA treatments, and they were on a good level, too. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We came right after Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. So many things have been included, which is what to be expected from a 5-star hotel: shower cap, soft bath robes and slippers, bath salts, nice capsule coffee machine (we didn't use though). The breakfast was very nice with good selection and food quality. I particularly liked old-styled porridge with dry fruits (I didn't try such before, but I'm pretty sure it's how it tasted when the hotel was founded 137 years ago) and that tasty cappuccino was included into the price.
