Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, great location, excellent staff. We spent three nights at the hotel while touring Burgandy. The staff could not have been more helpful, organising transport and even cleaning a dress after a coffee spill !

The location was excellent. Everything was just round the corner. There was a mini Christmas market close by and that was good fun. The Staff was very friendly and the Hotel has a very convenient Valet facility for parking the car. Rooms were big and the beds very comfortable.

Very polite and attentive staff with outstanding manners and English skills. Good breakfast and situated right in the old town in an ancient building. You feel the history with the comforts of the 21st century. Also: drinks in the minibar were complementary!

We arrived by train in Dijon and the hotel is literally located only a few minutes by foot from the train station. Very convenient! Then we were soon pleasantly surprised again. At the reception, Rose welcomed us very warmly. She provided us with a lot of useful information (how to use public transport, where is the nearest grocery store, where are the restaurants and tourist spots). A big compliment for Rose! Finally, we were very impressed by the room. The room was so spacious, very clean, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect (shower has hot water and functions well). Rose also gave us 3 hotel keys, which made the trip even more convenient for us, because we could explore the city individually and if somebody was tired, the person could return to the room, while the others continued exploring. Thank you Rose! The room 100 has a TV, a safety box and a water cooker, which we appreciate a lot because we like to make our own tea in the morning. I would also like to mention that the housekeeping was very good. We once returned early in the afternoon and the room was already clean. Finally, even though this hotel is located near the main station and a tram stop is right in front, we didn't experience any noise issue at all. The room is very quiet and we also enjoyed the high ceilings, which gave the room an even more spacious feeling. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Dijon! This hotel really made our stay very comfortable.

The location is perfect, very close to the exhibition center; a lot of nice restaurants around the area; only 20 minutes walking distance to the city center. The staff was amazing; so helpful and friendly.
