The most outstanding part of my stay was the service. The staff were all polite helpful and friendly. The resort was clean also. Check in and check out was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I know I will be back.

We liked all from this place, since the beginning and before we arrive, we receive welcoming messages about our stay, in reception people were very friendly, one of the receptionists speaked spanish which was a great touch because it make us feel very welcome. The room was big and had enough room for our bulky luggage, all was very clean and organized, the room had a nice smell too and wall were very thick, so we hear no noises from corridor or so. Our room had a very nice view of the Tower Bridge of London which was an extra. The location is great as you can walk to many places and tub station is also very close.
