The Hotel is right in the centre but not next to the noisy roads, bars and restaurants. The staff were very kind and friendly. Had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything! Nothing was too much for the staff. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable, lots of add ons like complimentary hot chocolate sachets in the room, excellent air-conditioning and very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The city centre is a 15-20 min walk by foot but one can take a path along the river. It was just lovely. Could hear birds chirping and getting a good feel of the city. Cafe ethos right across was also very nice and we had one of our better afternoon teas whilst there. Would go back without thinking twice.
