Our room was great and warm. Breakfast was excellent. Morning staff was very helpful and friendly but the afternoon staff was quite useless. Especially one lady with pink hair was acting quite rude and she wasn't really interested in working. We asked few times for fresh towels and toilet roll and it was really uncomfortable to ask again and again.

A grand old historical building. Beautifully decorated in Victorian Highland style. Naturally it's showing signs of age but it's well maintained. My room was very well appointed super comfortable and clean. All staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had dinner in Ash restaurant. Really delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
