There are buses just around hotel, making it easy to get to city centre and airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us with our big luggages. The facilities in the apartment are very clean. We have enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was amazing as expected. Best place to live near Edinburgh. Close to everything. Takes 15mins on trams to reach center and same for the airport. Best service and reception is doing real amazing work.

When we stayed at your hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service we received—particularly from Leah, who I believe was the manager on duty that day. She was absolutely amazing: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Leah was full of useful information and ensured we signed up for the IHG membership, which we truly appreciated. Even after we checked out, she kindly let us stay in the lounge while we waited for our airport taxi. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. We were also deeply appreciative of how far both Leah and her team that day gone—literally and figuratively—to provide such a high standard of care. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we left feeling genuinely looked after. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We will be back !
