The location for our wedding event was perfect. The staff were all brilliant so polite and friendly. The bed was so comfortable everything even an iron was provided, The breakfast was great. Our flight was delayed,so we missed the evening restaurant, but the receptionist organised some food ,which was so welcome,we were so thankful. I will definitely recommend The Mercure hotel..

The staff were excellent in every case. We particularly enjoyed the service provided by Lucy Lu - very attentive, professional, accurate and always smiling/welcoming. It is people that make the difference. Woburn has exceptional staff from cleaning to front desk to servers. They should all be commended but Lucy, in particular, rewarded.

A 10-minute walk from the centre of Bedford, d'Parys offers luxurious rooms and an informal dining experience incorporating a bar and coffee shop.

So amazing Pub with rooms, all renew inside and outside. We really appraciate the staff and our room. The old but renew atmosfere made our trip over the expectation. Breakfast top.

Stunning room overlooking the river, beautiful furniture in the room, choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Bathroom was lovely, good shower with plenty of hot water. Restaurant food was amazing, generous portions and delicious. All the staff were fantastic - helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is fantastic for the town centre, 5 minute walk away along the river.
