This was our fifth stay and we have been very content again. We had a problem with the toilet seat, was fixed within an hour after we talked to staff. Breakfast was lovely, good bar, we willkommen back

Ground floor room across the courtyard was delightful . Parking for the car excellent. Breakfast superb. Staff outstanding as always ( this was our fourth stay)

Extremely well-located, with an excellent staff and breakfast, and enormous attention to detail (from the scents and Shakespeare quotes on the room doors to the anti-slip mats and farewell biscuits). It is immersive, clean, and comfortable. All for a very fair price. They even offer to bring breakfast (with its many many options) to your bed. I'm certainly coming back whenever I visit Stratford-upon-Avon again.

hotels is amazing, had a garden facing view room nice view bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, staff were friendly, breakfast was really good to.
