Staff, food, and rooms were all wonderful! I felt very happy and comfortable here. The staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful. Vicky at the lunch restaurant was especially great and guest relations went out of their way to help make our anniversary more special. The property is beautiful and spa so relaxing. First of all , the attention to detail was perfect. From care to decor or cleanliness to service. The staff were absolutely amazing, respectful, serviable and happy to help. The hotel was very nicely done. And truly the best service I’ve had in a hotel coming from someone who travels often. They will welcome you with a hand written letter with a bottle of champagne, and the night before leaving , a worker came by our room to give us a hand written letter along a goodbye gift and a lunchbox as we had to take an early flight missing the breakfast. The care put into this action is remarkable. I will definitely be coming back.
