KARLO at reception was an inspiration with all his enthusiasm and knowledge of the history of the area and got us all excited to get going on our planned intenary. We enjoyed the area and loved Old Town. As newbies to Croatia we asked a few questions and he happened to be at reception, and more than happy to go far and beyond assisting us with our queries and provided so much more than we expected. He is a gem to have for new tourists as it is sometimes awkward to ask questions in English but he was fluent in English, his knowledge of all of Croatia was incredible, he even recommended other towns we needed to see, (which we did) and made us feel very welcome. We are so glad that we added Dubrovnik to our list of places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and met all expectations.

The whole experience was exceptional. From reception until checkout. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and was very nice. It was a very comfortable hotel. Its a hotel I would recommend to other people if visiting Dubrovnik!

Everything was just perfect. This hotel has an excellent atmosphere, the building is magnificent, while all the facilities are entirely up-to-date. The breakfasts and dinners were top quality. The breakfasts were delicious every morning and we were greeted by friendly wait staff! The room looked out over the public square but it was not too noisy and we were not disturbed at night by loud noise etc. From the hotel, it was a short walk to many attractions. The hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
