This lovely place is family owned and offers everything that you need to have a great holiday. We liked the seaview from our bedroom window, the big crystal clear pool and the food was delicious! The beachfront was very clean and we felt very welcome!

We loved pretty much everything about the hotel. We loved the location, very quiet and peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We had our babymoon there, and we had the best time. The views of the mountain, the beach and cleanliness of the pool area was always maintained. The staff were amazing, always accommodating and courteous of the guests. They have a lot of trainees there which is great because they support young people and give them opportunities for work. Food was also great lots of variety. They provide a decent transport to and from the airport as well. Everyone was professional and lovely. We'll definitely recommend and will come back again with the baby next time😊

We booked the Villa for 4 nights and we were lucky to get a Villa no 1 which was just beside the Pool. So it felt like a private pool :) . The property is exceptional just beside a small green mountain and was equiped with all the necessary things required for a family. We did cook food for couple of days and that libery was easy. The only thing missing was a washing machine and a restaurant. Special Shout out to a Manager of the property "NANA". She is very cheerfull and genuine. She is helpful at every aspect, be it booking a rental car, driver , guide or the places to visit etc. Over all the propery is like a dream resort.

Svarga is as beautiful (if not more beautiful) in person than it is in pictures. I got the Mountain View room and managed to catch glimpses of the sunset over Mount Agung a few nights. Incredible views and service all around. The room was very comfy and cozy and I slept really well throughout my 4D3N stay. The staff at Svarga were incredibly attentive and hospitable and attended to all of my asks and queries - they also helped arrange a motorbike booking for me upon request. Breakfast at their in-house restaurant was really good too. I see alot of negative reviews about the water pressure/temperature or bugs being in the facilities but I didn't have that experience. There was a few bugs/ small lizards here and there esp in the bathroom but I think that's normal considering that the shower is in open air and below trees, as the resort is located right in the middle of palm trees and forestry. I really appreciate the maintenance of the resort, considering that it's 10 years old. It looks clean, bright and well taken care of and I would definitely come back to stay at Svarga if I come to Lombok again.

The Gili islands are so cool! Perfect acommodation in the quiet area of Gili T. Beatiful wooden construction with private pool. You can rent bikes at the accommodation, which is the perfect way to visit the island. Great restaurants close by.
