It was walking distance to my office. Staff were very polite, pleasant, attentive and professional, from doorman, concierge, check in, housekeeping and security. They troubleshoot issues quickly and are proactive. Club floor Room is spacious.

I had a really comfortable night at this hotel. The décor is a bit old fashioned, but everything is spotless and very well taken care of.
