Old school Grand Hotel. Have always enjoyed staying here when in Milan. Staff is very attentive (though less so than before Covid hit). The hotel rooms are well appointmented and oppulently furnished. The location is an easy walking distance to the shopping district.

First of all we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need. Very clean. Can’t fault it. Good location if you like walking, as it is a bit of walk into the centre but we didn’t mind this as it was close to the train station.

The room was really nice, for a reasonal price. The staff, Jenny and Fransesco gave us a warm welcome, and were really kind. We got a lot of extra’s next to our hotelroom, such as a welcome drink, and coffee.

Cosy and very pleasant atmosphere. A lot of nice vintage details. For a few days I lived like a true local in Milan. The suggestions recieved from Domitilla for food and museums were great, and I recommned everyone to follow that from A to Z :). In the morning you have good breakfast served in nice living room. During the day you can have cookies, filtered water, juice, tea, coffe and jam. Domitilla is always ready to help and to give proper advice. Overall, this is great option instead of a hotel and I would definitely recommend it in order to see Milan not just like "commercial/fast food" tourist :).
