We stayed for only one night, so everything was fine. The room is small as most Japanese business hotels, the mattress was on a concrete platform, so we had to 'crawl' into our bed. The sink was outside the toilet/bathroom area, which was good. They offered complimentary drinks when we arrived, and the room had all the amenities and pajamas.

The Oriental Hotel is in a great location, the room was sparkling clean, the facilities and amenities were top class. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We loved the city of Hiroshima and if you visiting, this is a great place to stay.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier.

Excellent hotel, very good quality dinner prepared by Chef Aiko Yamanaka. The staff is super attentive and very friendly. The onsen is great with one outside overlooking the O-Torii. Super recommended, if you plan to visit Miyajima be sure to book at least one night in this Hotel, you will never regret it. My congratulations to all the hotel staff. I fell in love with everything!!!
