I stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from a business trip, before flying out to Paris. I couldn’t have chosen a better place — the room was superb: beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spotless. The bed and linens were perfect, offering a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally kind and spoke excellent English, which made everything even easier.

The property was very close to the train station about 4 minutes walk. The hotel lobby was at the 5th floor and it was pretty. The room was clean and comfortable, bed is big enough for two, the bathroom is also has good amount of space. The room has a nice couch, and our room was sunny in the afternoon which is nice specially on a cold day. Soundproofing was very good. Cleaning staff were nice and respectful. The reception spoke good english which makes it easier. They were also very kind to help us send our luggages through Ta Q Bin to our next accommodation. They had open bar from 5pm to 8pm with some snacks. They also have free water when you arrive which is thoughtful. Overall it was a very good stay for us.

Great hotel, great location, close to the city center and many attractions. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and the sea view. The breakfast was excellent. I travel a lot but I think that the breakfast in Kobe´s Meriken Park Oriental Hotel was the best I´ve ever had.

Hotel Monte Hermana Kobe Amalie is a 3-minute walk from Sannomiya Hanshin Station and a 10-minute walk from the historical district of Kitano Ijinkan.
