This was our last stop of our two week holiday in Cambodia and Laos! The staff here were amazing! They were really helpful and more than happy to book yours for us! They had a free shuttle bus into the town and we could rent mopeds and bicycles from the hotel!

Staff were just so helpful. Room service food amazing. Would stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic. Only compliant would be bed too hard & fridge didn’t keep drinks cold.

We love that the hotel is located in the old town and close to all the tourist attractions. We also love the style of the hotel, a traditional room, but yet so comfortable and relaxing, also love the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the city and the slow life of locals. Most of all, we really appreciate that the staff took care us so well from the check-in until we leave, espically Bird, Ning and Nong, just to name a few that we could remember.

The rooms are spacious and have a fabulous balcony which overlooks the river. Perfect for relaxing at all times of the day. It’s a very tranquil setting just 2 minutes by boat into the heart of Luang Prabang. The staff are great and really helpful. The bed is very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The facilities are worth the money with a traditional and historical style. Top-notch in every detail in the rooms and grounds. The grounds are grand and royal, close to nature (lots of beautiful photo spots). 5-star hotel standard service, friendly and lovely Lao staff, very Lao style. They are ready to support me 24/7.

The location is very close to the night market and very close to the street with the best places to eat. The property is really nice and reminds me of an old Dutch house that's been converted. Its clean and the beds are so comfortable definitely the best night's sleep I've had in Laos. The owner went above and beyond with our requests for train tickets and showed us things to do when here. If you want a good night's sleep within walking distance to the main areas for a quality price I highly recommend this place. I ended up extending for another night as I was so comfortable here.
