Amazing hotel in an amazing location. We travelled as a family with a 6mth old baby and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Bottles and baby cutlery etc washed every day and our baby was treated like royalty! The food is very good and very good value. We went half board which is recommended. The set menu in the evenings is good but may be a tad repetitive if staying more than 4/5 days or if you don't like fish or curry!! A special mention to Thejani in the restaurant, she was simply fantastic, helpful and made us feel so welcome, likewise with Samantha. Chamindi and the team at reception were always so helpful and welcoming.

Great location close to Galle and Unawatuna town where there is lots to do and see. Lots of nice restaurants. Villa food, especially the breakfast, also great mind you! Room was massive, facilities great. Lovely to be able to sit with the sea a stones throw away. Staff very pleasant.

Location is very good, isolated beach only for hotel guests. Food and Services were out of this world, really excellent. Rooms were excellent, very big with ocean view, huge bathroom. Room boy Thusahara gave his best to have all we need in our room. One can walk on the beach and reach in 10 m several surf schools. and is 3km away from Galle Fort, Tuktuks being available in front of hotel. 25mins walk from Jungle beach (excellent secluded beach) or Peace Pagoda, worth to visit for magnificent views

Had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Era Beach Hotel with my family. Great place to relax overlooking the gorgeous sea view. Situated in a convenient location & serene environment. This is by far the best stays I have ever had. We were a party of four (two couples) and had opted for the sea facing family villa which huge and private. The beach, the cliff and the pool- everything was picture perfect. A special call out to the exceptional staff who made our stay so comfortable- Housekeeping: Hemantha/ Damith Butlers: Sandun/ Deen/ Praneeth Kitchen: Shan/ Kaveen Front Office: Tharaka If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, romantic and luxurious stay by the ocean I would highly recommend this place.

Niyagama House is a peaceful retreat located on the highest point of an active tea plantation. It features 7 exquisite rooms with poster beds, a luxurious bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

Our second visit to Niyagama house and it was just as perfect as the first time. Elke and her team provide a brilliant service, we were so well looked after with a lovely room, great food, brilliant yoga classes and big pool. Gorgeous setting and possible to walk a 5k circuit from house which we did every day. It’s 15 mins from Galle fort in a car.
