The Sergeant House is an ensemble of buildings built in classical Sri Lankan architecture, with high-quality furniture typical of the country and lovingly designed, very appealing decoration in all areas of the complex. Although the original building is very old, it leaves nothing to be desired in terms of modern, contemporary comfort. The rooms are furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail. The lush tropical garden is well maintained and offers a sheltered Jacuzzi area and other quiet seating areas. The pool is elegantly blended into the grounds and offers a sort of jungle feeling when swimming. The really private small but nice beach offers sunny and shady spots on a nice lawn. As the hotel does not have many rooms, there was always a very private, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are personable, friendly and well trained. The very nice, competent manager of the hotel Chanthuri is always available for her guests and was always a good help with any questions. The tuktuk drivers and masseurs she arranges are also highly recommended. There was nothing to complain about. I would happily come back anytime.

The staff is absolutely incredible, always available and caring with a smile. The location of the premise is stunning, right on the ocean with direct access to a beautiful beach, while remaining private. Breakfast and food in general is 5 stars. The room is very big and clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've tried in a hotel. We had a massage in the hotel and it is recommended. Internet is was extraordinarily fast and reliable for remote workers. We just left Mosvold and we already want to return!

Cocobay Hotel : One Week January 2025 We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic place with its location with a quiet beach, a tropical environment all around, and a top hotel (in its comfort, its services, and especially by all the staff: the reception, the kitchens (excellent dishes), wonderfull room services, Wonderfull restaurant service (smile to Upul), Top managers (thanks dedicated to Buddhika). Without forgetting the precious massage from Vidula, who put my back back in place following a fall down while getting off a Bus :) The kindness, the smiles, the availability and the human exchanges that we were able to have with this Dream Team will remain engraved in our heart. Ridee Villa is perfectly located , so close to restaurants the beach ,shops etc The hotel staff are invaluable they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.. the security guard is also super helpful .. breakfast is nice and simple .. eggs any style and fresh bread and fruits as well as a mixture of other things .. our room was superb too !

The location of this property is magical. Perfect stay at Eraeliya. Hotel in a great location just outside of Weligama centre. Great pool and garden. Most importantly the staff were excellent.
