During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

A beautiful Riad that will transport you from the hustle and bustle of the street to a fairy tale. In Riad you feel like in a palace. A patio with a fountain and a swimming pool have a calming effect, you can relax on the rooftop deckchairs. Breakfast is rich and very tasty. The staff is very nice, accommodating and willing to give advice.

We stayed here on our last night in Morocco before flying out and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Stunning property, plenty of space to relax (by the pool, the multiple rooftop seating areas, etc). The rooftop jacuzzi was blissful. The staff were very pleasant and rooms very comfortable. 100% recommend this to anyone.

I like everything, starting from the welcoming from the staff and the amazing decorated room. The staff are well trained and always keen to help. I keep coming back as I feel at home in this beautiful riad. Its indeed Wow ! They even surprised with a birthday cake in a a restaurant, I was really touched by this gesture. The Riad is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the medina. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Khadija, Bouchra and Nawal looked after us wonderfully. Bouchra stayed up late into the night to give us a delicious meal on our very delayed arrival. Khadija ran everything so smoothly, sorting taxis and bookings for us and always available for advice. She made sure at every turn that we wanted for nothing. Nawal went the extra mile by walking us to our restaurant and waiting up for us to return. They could not have done more to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were lovely and friendly. The Riad is very well kept and comfortable. As a traveller with my teenage daughter I was a little apprehensive as it was my first time in Morocco but I felt very reassured, Hassan gave me contact phone numbers in case of any problems and organised our taxi for onward travel which was all very much appreciated. We loved our time in Marrakech and at Riad Tizwa and we would highly recommend. Thankyou to all.

    This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
