I couldn’t speak any more highly about this hotel and the staff. My young son was sick and they were so helpful in organising a doctor to come to the room, who was able to prescribe antibiotics immediately and my son was on the mend really quickly. The staff rang me that evening and also on the next day to check on my son. They also arranged a late check out for me to make my life easier before a late flight. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Shangri - La KL!

The location is perfect as it’s overlooked the twin towers and was right next to the mall. The park outside was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were welcoming and concierge was accommodating to all of our requests. The breakfast buffet as superb.

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

I like everything about this. Though I didn't utilise the swimming pool & gym, by look at it already satisfy me😍 my need are fulfilled. With tight security, we feel safe here. Walking distance to all major landmarks and food just outside the guard house, esp during weekdays. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. Bed & pillows are very comfortable. Utensils, entire room, bathrooms & toilet are spotless clean. The unit was spacious. Kiddos E&O, keep it up. Love from us to all staff including all the security on duty during our stay. ❤️ Sharifah
