The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Loved the experience! The staff is amazing, the place is very gorgeous. The location is wonderful ( just around the blaak station) and the little balcany is adorable. I had some issues with my bag and the entired staff was absolutely fantastic doing everything to help me. I really recommend and I will be staying here as soon as I m back. Besides it is a truly experience to be "living" on a boat.
