The location right next to Zaandam station is heart to beat, and the parking bay is super useful when I was being picked up by my friends. The building itself is a landmark! I loved having a bathtub. All staff was super friendly.

I had an amazing time staying at The Dylan Amsterdam Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite it being a large hotel, they somehow managed to know every guest by name, which made my experience feel so personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is luxurious and incredibly comfortable—everything from the rooms to the overall ambiance made for a relaxing stay. The quality of the food was outstanding as well, adding to the overall experience. A huge shoutout to the reception team, especially Kaylani who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and another special thanks to Amber who very kindly walked with me with an Umbrella in hand through the pouring rain to my taxi outside the hotel. Both Their genuine friendliness made my stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing food in Amsterdam.

Great location in AMS oud west, a bit outside from the center but full of nice places to eat especially the Food Hallen. You can walk everywhere from here but there are also a lot of connections with the public transport. The hotel is beautiful, great design, great service, the room was very clean. It's also possible to have breakfast or eat for lunch&dinner, lovely bar for wines and drinks. Thank you very much!

Honestly, there is nothing bad to say about my stay in the hotel - the room was clean, parking was easy and reliable, the staff was very professional and friendly. Most importantly, the location is really good. You’d think that because it’s at the “wrong” side of the canal, that it makes it more difficult to get around, but there is a FREE ferry literally a 2-minute walk away. It’s great, I’d stay in this hotel again anytime.
