Huge rooms which were well kept, very clean and modern. Hosts were happy to accommodate us checking out very early on our leaving date.

All staff was exceptional! However, front staff went way out of her way and beyond for us. Rooms were clean and tidy everyday.

Breakfast is no longer an option here but that’s ok I sorted this elsewhere. Very close to the hospital which was my main reason for staying here. Very helpful owner with information I asked about.

Was a great location to go watch my partners cousin who was playing for the Tauranga Magic net ball team. Also great looking room and great view of the Waikato river

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room we stayed in was spacious clean and quite modern with a real at home feel, also because we stayed a couple of nights they did a service daily which was amazing would definitely stay here again when we next come to Hamilton :) great place and great value for money will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely faultless. Amazing service, super comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and great kitchen facilities in the room. Our own spa was such a bonus!

Super well run, spotlessly clean, staff were lovely. Room comfortable with everything you need. Easy to stay with a crawling baby as only had to move a couple of bins off the floor and it was baby proof. Highly recommend!
