Design of Bambi residence was amazing, so cozy, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved it, will stay here next time.

Special touch from the owner Maggie. She made us feel like we are her family. She is every day greeting her Guests with a smile on the face. Hotel is amazing. Location is perfect as you can feel the spirit of Zakopane. Room was very clean and excactly as described on the website. Breakfast was amazing. Every day Chef was making something new and it was every time delicious. We will definitely come back next year.

Fabulous breakfast, great location, very clean and well maintained. The owner was there on site whenever you needed anything. The water in the shower was always hot, and the room always a comfortable temperature. The beds were very comfortable.

It is very impressive place and impressive hotel. The houses of the hotel, made of the wood, have very pretty architecture. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. The signal of Wi-fi very strong. Everything was amazing!

Everything was exceptional. Staff helped us book taxis and give us guidance. They also have a spa.
