Great little place to stay. Nice and clean and quiet. Close to restaurants, river and nice to walk around. Loved having freshly ground coffee from the machine and cold or hot water and tea available anytime. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to hang out. I liked that the staff were around as it’s a guest house but they were not in your space. Would definitely stay again.

Filomena, the host, was absolutely amazing. So helpful, anticipating all of our needs. For example, she got us a very special dinner reservation for New Years eve, which without her help, we would never have found. She treated us like members of her family. Flexible, generous and a easy to contact if anything were to go wrong. Jo -Jo, her assistant, was also fabulous. He always had a smile to greet us, and treated us with respect, and with a very calm and quiet manner. He took care of every detail. We can't express with words our gratitude to Filomena and Jo Jo for making our New Years in Tavira a unique, which we will never forget.

The atmosphere of the guest house is very cozy! You can feel that owner puts her heart in the place. The rooms are big and clean and the place is decorated with a beautiful art made by the owner, which you can also buy! The bathroom is clean and spacious and you’ll get plenty of towels. I also loved the rooftop terrace with an amazing view over the river and town. There is a small kitchenette at the first floor with an espresso machine, tea kettle and fridge. Everything is super close, especially the bus station is a minute away! You can find a jar at the reception for contributions to feed the stray cats and dogs, which I found really sweet. 100% recommend! I will definitely stay again if I am back to Tavira.

I liked the place a lot. It is a vila decorated with the perfection by the owner, who is an amazing artist and a very good host. It has a beautiful garden , the swimingpool with salty water, it is in a peaceful area in the centre of Tavira. What else to wish for a nice and comfortable getaway? Yes, it is next to the railway bridge , but the train goes maybe every 1 hour during the day. Still ok. It only contributes to the charm of this place and gives the avangard touch to its incredible design.
