awesome pools and comfy loungers with good padding. Tip the pool boy and he will really look after you. we had the one wearing a large cowboy hat. main restaurant has excellent food with a good selection. didnt do the breakfast buffet but it sure was busy. room cleaning crew did a great job daily. all staff were friendly and smiling and greeted you each time. taxi with valet was easy and seamless.

Everything from the hotel main areas to my room was perfect. I have travelled a lot and this beats most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The pool was exceptional also comes with a nice poolside bar, location couldn't have been any better, just a minute from the boats, the shops, food and entertainment but that minute is enough to allow total peace when sleeping. Room was incredible, even has a bath in the bathroom. Special mention the the young lady cleaner on floor 3 (room 320) she cleaned my room on tap even if I left the room at 4pm, she would still clean it and always with a smile. Handy mini-bar in the room and great air-con. The hotel bar is superb, used it once and was an incredible setting and experience. Breakfast was good but due to my late nights I only made it once as it stops at 10:30, when I did make it the food was varied, good coffee and range of juices. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Chateau Dale has done it again! Our 3rd stay at The Dale was perfect! The staff are very warm, welcoming, professional and respectful. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, security and staff available on-site at all times. The beautiful pool and sun lounge area is well presented, clean and partially shaded. This pool is actually one of my favourite pools in Thailand - super clean, great size for little laps or just floating about after a big day. They graciously provide pool towels too - thank you. The room (209) is a firm favourite. Beds- firm, clean, good quality. Wardrobe, drawers and benches - ample storage space. Curtains - blackout and amazing! Tv, air con, fridge - all working and appreciated. Kitchenette - I love this! Kettle, basic crockery and cutlery supplied. Bench space and sink make it an ideal place to prepare a snack/cut fruit and the supplied sponge/detergent allows you to wash up and keep things hygienic as you go. Bathroom - nice size area, towels supplied, shower and toilet always very clean and in great working order. Generally, the rooms are kept well maintained, always cleaned immaculately. The Dale in my opinion, is perfect for a long or short stay in Pattaya. A great neighbourhood with everything a 2min walk away - atm, bus station, supermarket, eateries. For us, we love The Dale and will return anytime we are in Pattaya/Bangkok area. It’s a solid 10/10 for the regular person who isn’t into luxury, but appreciates a modern, relaxing place to enjoy. The place is in a quiet place, no noise from traffic at night, it's between Pattaya and Jomtien so It's very accessible for both places. Rooms are big, nice swimming pool and bar. The STAFF is extremely helpful and nice. They always try to help you with anything you need with a big smile, pure Thai experience. I've been in other resorts in the area and everything were sad faces, here in Cocco they really make you feel like at home.
