Even though we ended up not staying for the night, we greatly appreciated the front desk clerk, Leo, for all his kindness and effort he put in for helping us with our booking. We had an amazing stay at the Bowery Hotel. The room was beautiful and the service was top-notch. Room service was delicious and prompt. We had just gotten married earlier in the day and the hotel had arranged to have champagne waiting in our room for us which made us feel so special. We met friends for celebratory drinks in the hotel that evening and the cocktails were amazing and the environment was excellent. Lively and cool without being over-done or too loud.

I love the decor of the Crosby, in the rooms but especially in the restaurant and lounge areas. The staff, from check in to restaurant to housekeeping are wonderfully helpful and professional. And the location is perfect for all the things we love do.

Everything. The attention to detail was exceptional & the team displayed outstanding customer service. The best example of this was on arrival by taxi, my card was rejected for payment & I didn't have sufficient cash. Doorman Jacob suddenly appeared & paid with his own money to settle the fair. Just incredible!
