These boutique timber bungalows offer ocean, mountain or forest views. Guests can relax on their private balcony and enjoy the native birds and wildlife. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a minibar. This resort was Heaven on Earth. The staff went above and beyond and they were all super nice. The views from the restaurant and bar overlooking the Coral Sea were astonishing and so was the food. The natural swimming pools were a delight as well, but what really stood out beside the staff were the tours for guests only. I loved them all: the Nature Walking Tour with Brett, the Star Gazing tour with Rose, the Coconut Odissey tour with Geff and also the cultural presentation about the Kuku Yalanji. There is also a private beach for guests only and it was lovely to walk around the property and spotting birds, butterflies, plants and all that nature has to offer. If one does not want to walk there is a buggy service taking you around the resort 24/7 and reception is also open 24/7. There is even a Turtle Lookout to spot seaturtles. The bungalows with their porches overlooking either the sea or the forest were stunning and what I loved the most about this place was how the resort was the background of the surrounding nature and not the other way around.

There is nothing not to like about this property The location is exceptional, a block from 4 mile beach, sitting on Macrossan Street and all the restaurants and shops. The deluxe apartment was well laid out with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The real treasure at this property is Ken, the owner of this property. His interest and kindness towards his guests is wonderful. He is full of local information, recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He genuinely cares and is interested in his guests Ken, made our stay an exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again

The ensemble of boutique accommodation includes studio rooms, self-catering apartments and villas. All accommodation features a patio or balcony offering tropical garden, pool or golf course views. Our property features shared female and male dorms with private bathrooms and private rooms with ensuite bathrooms and an outdoor patio. Very roomy and clean accomodation.

All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and free movie channels. Each room has a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Most also have lovely mountain, pool or garden views. The location was excellent, the room was super clean, free parking

Featuring an outdoor heated pool and BBQ area with outdoor seating and tropical gardens, this hidden gem of a motel is just a 12-minute walk from Four Mile Beach. All studios offer free high speed WiFi and guests can enjoy free undercover parking. Above all, the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help us. We had a bit of a nightmare with our trip due to the floods and arrived at our room just 3.5hrs before we were due to check out! Aidan was so kind and helpful in the morning when we saw him, didn’t rush us to get sorted, and gave us loads of advice for our whole trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is good too. Sadly we didn’t get time to use any other facilities but everything looked lovely.

Regal Port Douglas Hotel's privileged location is a short walk from award-winning restaurants, chic bars and boutiques and the Sunday Foreshore Markets. Wonderful place to stay. The studio room was large and fully equipped. We had a hot tub in the covered balcony and the staff had it on and warmed up for our arrival. Great location.
