The staff who welcomed us and who booked us out in the morning were just the most professional, polite and helpful of any hotel reception I have ever stayed . Nothing was too much trouble . The room has everything and an apple Mac. So clean , and the most comfortable bed . Breakfast was everything I needed . I hope we can get a room when we return to Montreal at the end of our holiday. The hotel had chocolates and a welcome note waiting for us in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We were staying over Christmas and they also left treats for us that day when the room was serviced, which made Christmas even more special. The hotel is in a good location to easily access the lower old town, and is also a short walk up to the higher old town. We had a wonderful time in Quebec City and really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 71.
