The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Located on the cliffside and nicer side of Mürren close to the mountain clouds. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and the view from the balcony is just heavenly (make sure to request for a room by the mountain side), check pics. Bfast was good and also had dinner here twice, their food is great and servers are attentive. Hotel is the first one on the cliffside after turning left from the train station, it isn’t a very long walk. I had an overall pleasant stay and will stay here again.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. I enjoyed the simple, but delicious, breakfast. It was the perfect start to my day before heading out into those amazing mountains. I had a great view. I was surprised my room didn't come with a bathroom, but had no issues accessing whenever I needed it.

Incredible view from the room's balcony and from other parts of the hotel. So so so helpful and friendly owners. Love them! Excellent breakfast, generous, rich and tasty, plus good coffee :) Comfortable room, comfortable bed, and so very clean.

Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. We loved the place from the very first moment. The interior of the room was relaxing and the air was as fresh as the summer breeze. The views to the Lake Thun, to mountains and to the city were amazing... the best you can imagine. Good breakfast with good view to the city. Bread was best of the year so far. We have already made a new reservation.

Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony and the hotel features an award-winning restaurant which serves a variety of quality cuisine using fresh local products. Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean comfy room, good new sauna. Very memorable stay!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The best hotel I have ever visited in an exceptional price. Nice view, inside nature, magic waterfalls and forest. All the staff was very polite and helpful.

Built in 1881, the family-run Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in the car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train, and offers you completely renovated rooms in a traditional Alpine style and free WiFi. Everything. It's like a chalet with great decor, breakfast was great but needed more frequent refill from the staff, the view was breathtaking, staff were helpful. I would definitely stay again

The Edelweiss hotel can be found in calm surroundings, a 4-minute walk away from the train station in the car-free village of Wengen. The hotel offers cosy rooms and free WiFi.

Boasting superb views of the Jungfrau mountain range. Stayed for a week. Super hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable and looks better in reality than on the photos (less budget-ish). The feel is relaxed. Service is helpful and informal. Opportunity to have reasonably priced dinners at the hotel is very convenient and the quality of the food is solid. The whole team is great, special thanks to Sarah, Monica, Gianna, Linda, new breakfast lady (sorry, didn’t get the name), and Thomas, Balazs and Matthias the Chef. Thanks for all the help and talks. Will gladly be back given the chance.
