The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

I took the panoramic delux room , with a bathtub with the view to the mountains , my stay was absolutely amazing , the staff were very helpful , and kind , the hotel is so clean, the spa was for us for an entire hour , that’s amazing . Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. The hotel owner and her staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive but not nagging at all. The breakfast was to die for. While we rarely take pictures of our food, we simply had to take a photo of the meticulously designed fruit bowls, containing all sorts of fresh fruit. The breakfast was simply outstanding. Rich, but not wasteful. The accommodation itself was precisely what you'd expect. Comfortable, not too big, but definitely not small. Note there is no AC, but considering it's Interlaken and the nights are cooler, that's not a problem, if you're not staying the whole day in your room. Finally, the hotel is about 3 minutes from Interlaken West, which is outstanding if you're going to explore the area with public transport. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

The location is great and the staff is excellent. They provided details to reach teh parking, because teh hotel is in a limited zone. The breakfast os wonderful. It's also nice finding free tea in the corridor and water in the room
