Sonesta overbooked so I had no room. It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. They also provided me transport so it was appreciated. So thank you Sonesta for your professional epxerience.

The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast which is a great start to the day. Above all the staff are very caring towards their guests and understand the hospitality industry. I would like to thank all the staff members from the manager to the chef including the cleaners. A special thank you to Carlos and Daniel on reception as they made an extra effort to speak English with me as I don't speak Spanish. They were always courteous and patient. Thank you for a great stay and making me feel welcomed.
