Everything about this place is wonderful! This was pour second stay at the Palacio Carvajal Girón. From the rooms to the service, the rooms are spotless & are cleaned daily with fresh sheets & water bottles provided by the hotel. The food at the hotel is also very good with a great selection of breakfast if you’re looking to have food before starting the morning. Service couldn’t be better they go above and beyond to help out with any questions. Location is perfect right beside the town square with many restaurants & bars. I look forward to our next stay back at this hotel.

Hotel Iberia Plaza Mayor is a 19th-century palace building situated in Cáceres’s main square. It offers a mix of classic design and modern décor and free WiFi in public areas.

All of the rooms at Iberia Plaza Mayor feature air conditioning, TV and a modern bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms feature views over Cáceres’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The access to the property is done by stairs. We were attended generously by the staff, they were even willing to make an exception and provide us with the included breakfast prior to official opening of the dining room. The location is the best in the city and the value to cost is very high!

All of the elegantly decorated rooms offer a quiet and warm atmosphere, created by the wooden floors and the wengué coloured furniture. Here you can wake up to an incredible view of the Plaza Mayor or the castle. A former castle just 1 minute from the main town square. The room was huge. Very nice atmosphere.
