The champagne was exquisite, perfectly complementing the enchanting ambiance of the château. Both dining experiences exceeded our expectations. L’Orangerie provided a Michelin-star-worthy dinner that was a true culinary masterpiece, while the other restaurant offered equally remarkable cuisine with refined flavors and presentation. Breakfast was an experience in itself—abundant, fresh, and absolutely worth it. It provided the perfect start to our day, ensuring we were well-prepared for exploring the beautiful Champagne region. We wholeheartedly recommend Château d’Étoges to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. Whether for a honeymoon, a romantic escape, or simply a luxurious retreat, this gem is unparalleled.

Guests can enjoy champagne-tasting sessions as champagne is brewed on site by the owners. Breakfast was excellent. Especially enjoyed Odile and our 6:00 pm champagne tasting with her. Room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to restaurants in Ay.

The property features inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 400 metres from Pierre Schneiter Garden. This 3-star apartment offers private entrance. The host met me in person and offered to upgrade me without charge to a more spacious room that happened to be available. The loft I stayed in was quirky and original.

The room’s are clean and well decorated. Beds are good and and the bathroom is excellent too. Breakfast is served in a separate space and what one would expect is there. Furthermore each room has a terras facing a small park in a quiet environment. You can charge your EV can be and the whole property is fenced.

Each room at the Chambre D'hôtes Les Epicuriens has a sitting area where guests can make themselves at home. Bathrobes and slippers are provided and free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire house. I’ve travelled all over the world and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The welcome and warmth is just fantastic. All the basics are excellent, comfy bed, super clean, and then there are so many nice touches, champagne on arrival, the hamman, home made cakes etc, plus Laures delightful company. Don’t miss her husband Eric’s walks in the vineyards(with champagne of course) and pop into his bar in Ay to enjoy a glass or stock up. Highly recommended.

Le Champ des Oiseaux Hôtel & Spa is located in the historic town of Troyes, a short walk from the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral and the Modern Art Museum. Each en-suite room has TV and free WiFi. We chose this hotel by chance. We found the hotel easily and the hotel staff helped us park our car (the streets are very narrow). The hotel is a classic building, the likes of which I have rarely seen. It is very beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We liked it very much. It is located right in the city center, on a quiet street. There are many restaurants in the area and lots to visit. I would definitely recommend it.

La Maison de Rhodes Hôtel & Spa is located in the heart of Troyes historic town centre. It offers a heated outdoor swimming pool and the 5-star guest rooms feature a typical style of the Champagne region and free WiFi access. Spectacular historic property. Beautiful. New owner is incredibly nice and helpful and hard working and has done a great job with the property.

Very original and has so much love for detail. The bathroom was modern and very spacious. Breakfast was really great.
