All the staff that we encountered whether in reception or during breakfast was absolutely amazing: helpful, proactive, kind, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast is fantastically diverse and delicious, make sure to take time to enjoy it. Comfortable bed. Great rain shower. Nice availability of toiletries. Water given everyday when consumed. Super happy I chose this great hotel.

The 4-star apartments have modern interiors and Wi-Fi access. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!

Centrally located in a lively part of the city centre surrounded by bars & restaurants. Liverpool One shopping centre and the bus station for links to the airport & other sites is just around the corner. The Albert Dock and its waterside bars, museums and restaurants is just 7 minutes away. Lime Street train station for national travel is a 10 minute walk away. Everything, before anything though the staff were amazing specially Susie! how clean is the apartment and how fancy and nice it is and the whole building is quite and on weekends there are security after 10 to insure safety all weekend! So nice and most importantly the price was well worth it

Each apartment also features a large flat-screen TV, iPod dock and a DVD player. Great location, safe and secure with 24 hour reception. The staff were lovely. The apartment was large and very clean with super comfortable beds. Having a washing machine was such a bonus.
