The complimentary bicycles offered by the hotel were a delightful addition, allowing for leisurely exploration of the area. While the hotel's proximity to the port was a bit of a walk, approximately 25 minutes on foot, the tranquility of the surroundings more than made up for it. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant at the hotel was equally impressive, serving delectable cuisine. But what truly sets this place apart is the cool beachfront spot where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Overall, my stay was a delightful blend of relaxation and convenience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful yet accessible retreat.

It provides massage and laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

From the staffs, location, the facility, the room design and the services provided. The bed is comfortable, staffs are super friendly. We have our diner at the hotel and one of the dishes is not to our liking. The staff offered to replace the food with no cost or full refund. We really appreciate this.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. i can’t thank this property and the lovely staff enough. the room was very beautiful with a delicious welcome drink and breakfast and the location is also super ideal - right next to the harbor and downtown area while being a few steps away so it’s not noisy. the staff were also truly so so kind- my phone was stolen and they have gone above and beyond to help me try and get it back. i can’t say enough about how amazing this stay was.

Located just 1-minute walk away from the sandy shores of Gili Air Beach, Bambu Cottages offers great beachfront getaway featuring beautiful bamboo structure, an outdoor swimming pool, and free WiFi access in all areas of the property. The whole venue, the beach, the cottage, the pool and the bar / restaurant. The staff was extremely nice and we loved the cats and how they kept them. :-)

This is one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed at! The villa grounds are absolutely stunning, from the pool to how the different villas are set up. They also have some hammocks nestled in between the flowers so you can literally chill in paradise. The reception team took care of me even before I got there. They gave me the best advice to get to the Island which made my boat trip seamless. The hotel also helped to organize my snorkelling trip to the Gilis and the guide came and picked me up at the hotel. The breakfast was also super delish and the restaurant team were also really lovely. The best way to start the day. I would recommend these villas 10/10!

Amazing place with incredible views, brilliant facilities and wonderful villas. Loved everything about it.
