It features an Arabesque pool area and a large spa. Everything. Especially, Rinat, The shift manager, who showed excellent servicability and kindness. All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

The hotel has a water park with 6 swimming pools, a sun terrace, a health center and free wireless internet. There is live piano music in the lobby and live performances by violinists in the pools.

The hotel has an exclusive culinary complex with 6 seating areas, each designed with a different style and atmosphere: Greek, Spanish, Italian, French, Moroccan and the captain's table. I arrived at about 5am in the morning and the front desk agent gave me a breakfast voucher which I really appreciate. I really like the location of this hotel at the center of Eilat and where my tour was going to pick up the group. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and sink with dish soap and utensils. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. My room had a small dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a huge balcony. The bed and linens are fine.
