Rooms are spacious and come in minimalist design with mostly black and white colours and very particular armchairs. You have free wired internet in your room and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Everything was perfect .Breakfast was really good. Tomy made sure everything in the breakfast was more than perfect. Staff are very helpful ( specially the ones at the front desk) and courteous. We just loved our stay . Special mention of the breakfast area- just loved the floor.

It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

Instead of using a room, we ended up using a part of the house, nicely secluded from the rest and forming a small apartment with a private bathroom. The room was equipped according to the highest standards, bathroom as well, extra clean and the beds were as hard and comfy as we like them. Old cypresses in front of the house, surrounding our balcony, added to the charm of the place and made a sleepover here an extra pleasurable event :) Hosts were great, forthcoming and really helpful when it comes to how to easily reach the place (not to get stuck in the narrow streets on the way) and supportive e.g., with the bus tickets for getting around and with some really useful sightseeing tips.

The design of the rooms are really special, still everything is cosy. Kata was very kind and helpful, gave us many useful ideas to make the most of our stay.
