Really, a positive suprise, walking distance from Termini.

Old hotel with long tradition but very well maintained hotel; clean rooms; good air conditioning (August 2023); friendly and helpfull staff; close to Termini station; safe area; many restaurants around; metro station 3 min of walking; supermarket 2 streets away (5min walking). Breakfast was ok; especially freshly baked pastries. Brioches with Pistachio and Crema filling were fantastic. This is not the hotel issues; its more city of Rome issue - garbage/trash. Surrounding is drowning in trash. In front of the hotel is clean and also cleaning ladies separate the trash you made in room - very well done guys. This is the way you take care of your city! You can walk to Piazza Navona in 5 minutes. The location, friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and everything in the property. And the equally important one is the view from the roof, we loved it.
