Each air-conditioned room is comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a desk. Everything was exactly as shown. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was gorgeous. The pyjamas they provided were very comfy too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. They have bikes available for rent too! Our favourite bit was that we had a lovely hanging plant in our room.

Everything was amazing, I’m glad I booked this place on for my birthday stay. I wake up with a fabulous view of Mt.Fuji, and the price was fair not too expensive. All the staffs are friendly, the hot springs were amazing as well, they also arrange shuttle bus for us upon arrival.

I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. What a beautiful hotel! Excellent location. Clear view of Mt fuji. Clean rooms and thoughtful service. The pick and drop facility from the station helped. Highly recommended

Our rooms are designed with traditional Japanese aesthetics, featuring tatami mat flooring throughout. For those who prefer a futon on tatami or a bed, we also offer Japanese-Western style rooms. The warm ambiance is further enhanced by local artists' paintings adorning the walls. We went as a group and we loved the ryokan. It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Private parking is possible on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. Loved the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful onsen and breakfast. Shuttle bus was excellent and staff helpful.
