Hotel views are spectacular. The free breakfast and evening buffet is amazing. The free shuttle to the station is huge bonus. The property is kept super clean and the staff is wonderful and very hospitable. The rooms are so spacious and the views from the room is unbeatable. I loved it!!!!

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. Everything was perfect!! Came for 1 night and after meeting the staff, seeing the beautiful unique hotel, the rooms, facilities, view and location, we regretted not staying there more. Super recommended!

My daughter loves the hotel’s friendly cats. We love everything. Hiro helped us with booking a taxi to go to Fujiten Snow Resort which is 30 min away. Tq so much Hiro & team😊

A 7-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi, the 2-person cottages at Ururun have a quaint European charm and offer a spa bath with Mount Fuji views. Sleeping arrangements are Japanese-style, with futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Parking is free. We inquired about the playground in the pictures for our children. And the staff mentioned it was part of the Ururun property and made our reservation right next to the playground.

I like every everything, Yu's Ninja walk, kitchen, sitting area, my room, washrooms, everything was damn awesome, all were very helpful from staff to roommates, other room members. I don't know how many branches they have but I am like it should be all over Japan... Aarigato Gozaimasu 😊❣️
