Magda at reception (I hope I got her name right) was very helpful and kind. One of several examples: I broke my glasses immediately before arrival and was having difficulty checking in. Her mother was in the building and walked us to the busy mercado and showed us the optical store. We were able to store our bags before and after check in (we arrived by bus from CDMX). The Hacienda restaurant was excellent. There is also a very good coffee shop right next door.

Aeropuerto Internacional de Acapulco is a 17-minute drive away. Since we arrived, the valet parking greeted us kindly and nicely... The check in was smooth and easy, they explained very well what was included and where to go to do our meals. There are a good variety of restaurants and type of foods.

Located on the top of the mountain, which allows for one of the most beautiful views in Zihuatanejo, located 5 minutes drive from downtown Zihuatanejo and its pier, where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. Everything. This was just what we have been looking for when we travel to Zihuatanejo. It is quiet, which is imported to us. Having a kitchenette was great. The pool is clean and well maintained. The best part is the view!!
