Each of these luxury suites enjoy absolute and uninterrupted views of Lake Tekapo, the Southern Alps and the lake’s surrounding mountain ranges. Each of the 3 studios have a sky window for stargazing from your bed, and an en suite bathroom including a shower, heater, underfloor heating, toiletries and a hair dryer. The host is very responsive and will give you the necessary details on how to check in and access the apartment. The property is spectacular! I like the bench top stove as it’s a non stick pen where I can cook my dishes! I also like the TV channels as well, a good variety of it. The best part is the balcony that oversees the mountains and the lake! Even though it was very cold outside, I just took my food out and dine outside the balcony enjoying and relaxing with an expensive view. You can also view the Milky Way just outside the apartment! I will definitely come back again!!

Fitted with a patio, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Location, location, location and the team that run. Especially the amazing Mel. The view from our suite was off the chart!

The tour desk can book helicopter and ski plane flights for those seeking an adventure. You can relax in the guest lounge area which offers a warming fireplace and lovely views from the deck. A communal dining area can be found on site. Loved the communal space with a view. Our room also had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly.

Peppers Bluewater Resort is a 4.5-star hotel close to the shores of Lake Tekapo. This resort offers luxury accommodation, great views and is ideally positioned for exploring the Mackenzie Basin and Southern Alps. It is a 10-minute walk from the Church of the Good Shepherd. apartment is new and able to park the vehicle right in front. however, no hand soap at the kitchen area and the frying pan is a bit old. nice view from the balcony and the rooms

Set within the Burkes Pass gateway to Mackenzie Country, Burkes Pass Country Motels is centrally located for skiing at Mt Dobson and Roundhill and day trips to Mt Cook. Guests enjoy free WiFi and views of the surrounding Rollesby Range and Mt Burgess. Everything was new and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. Nice to have a full size fridge. We drove 7k to Kimbell and had a wonderful dinner at the Creekside pub. It was fun taking the walking tour around Burkes pass the next morning. An interesting historical place.

Three Rivers Lodge is located off the southern banks of Lake Tekapo, in the shadow of New Zealand’s picturesque Southern Alps. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of the lake and surrounding mountains. I loved the location across from the lake. It quiet with unobstructed views. Our host gave us tips on where to go. We appreciated that. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. There was nothing lacking.
