Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. Excellent location for a couple of days in Rotorua. Room was clean, well equipped and in a good size. Beds are very comfy and clean. They change towels every day. You can use also a small jacuzzi. Parking in front of your doors. Owner is a very friendly person who let us leave our bags for a couple of days after check out. Very recommended. Arista is close to the city center, TePuia and Wakarewarewa Park.

We had one lovely bedroom and shared the lounge and eating area with another couple which was great fun. Plenty of space in the shared part of the property. Breakfast was great. Met the hosts Ron and Allison on the last night and they are lovely friendly people.
