The location was perfect (approx. 5 min walk from the main plaza). The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice and the view from the breakfast room was amazing. The host Lizi was so friendly and helpful.

The archaeological site of Ollantaytambo is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, the main square is a 10-minute walk, and the train station to Machu Picchu is only 15 minutes away on foot. Alex (the owner) is one of the friendliest people we have ever met! He was very helpful with recommendations and assisted with a cab to the hummingbird garden nearby (must visit!). The place itself is very cozy and conviniently located - the train station and ruins are in a walking distance and you don't have to walk on a busy road. It can be can cold at nights, but there are lots of blankets to deal with this problem, as well as really hot water in the shower.

The elegant rooms feature regional fabrics and typical local design. All have a private balcony with views of the natural environment, an LCD TV and an exclusive marble bathroom. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Great find in quiet neighborhood. The rooms, breakfast and owners are wonderful. They let us park our motorcycles here while we went to Machu Picchu. Gladys picked herbs to make us some herbal tea when we weren’t feeling well. They have laundry service. They are helpful when it comes to tours or anything you may need. This is a great find

The grounds were beautiful, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It is one of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had!
