The housekeeping was done daily. Jeremie at the reception desk was extremely kind and offered me free drinks and a discount for the restaurant.

Beautiful property in a great location! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We were having some drinks at the bar in the lounge and I heard the staff getting awful treatment from guests who showed up hours before check-in, hadn't paid for an early check-in, but were complaining that they couldn't get access to their rooms. There were two groups doing this at the same time. We left and went to get food elsewhere and came back to collect our luggage and they had stayed in the lobby the whole time, going up to the desk periodically and complaining to the staff. The staff kept their composure and were absolute professionals. They also made sure that other guests weren't affected. It's a little pricier than other hotels in the area but totally worth it for the beautiful décor and the amazing location!

Excelente servicio, experiencia excepcional. Everything was perfect. Lady at counter was VERY helpful and pleasant. Hope you are fully recovered by now. I will definitely return to this hotel. This hotel is located in the heart of Condado, and 1.2 miles from Old San Juan City. The best view. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended place for a quiet relaxing vacation. Pool and hot tub clean and well stocked with towels.

Time of stay 25th September to 29th September, 2025. Location was perfect for the actives my Fiance and I had planned for this trip. Upon arrival our rooms were yet ready because we landed a bit earlier in the day, however the staff make us feel welcomed and taken care off especially giving us the option to stow away out luggage 🧳 my fiance n I decided to take a walk and venture a little 3 mins walk away from the hotel n have lunch and then take a walk to condado beach which is also very close to the property. We we came back to the hotel our room was ready. For the 5 days we stayed breakfast was served buffet style and every option was delicious 😋 and perfect to taste. Rooms were cleaned everyday : with the exception of the day of departure. Every single staff member was friendly, polite and just warm. Will I stay here again yes.!
