Staff were brilliant and always so kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Tea and coffee facility in the room was great. Location was superb close to beach and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and all the local neighbours going about their Day to day business. It was very rainy weather and it was so nice having a central location to come and go from. We had just come from a bad experience at an AirBNB and we were overjoyed when we walked into the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was very good. I even enjoyed strolling the mall right next door when the rain was to much to go outside - not something I normally do when in vacay to Europe but I enjoyed it and bought some lovely clothes. We loved our stay.

Guests are offered a Ginginha de Óbidos welcome drink upon arrival, served in the bar or in their room. Extremely helpful staff, from the reception, the manager and two very kind ladies in the breakfast area (Carla and Yeliam) and staff that helped us with the luggage. They made our stay very special. The hotel is perfectly located within the city walls. The room was cosy and breakfast delicious.
